Get a deep understanding of the seminal text “The Three Principal Aspects of the Path”. Written by the Gelug-lineage holder Lama Tsongkhapa, this short text describes how we can generate and meditate on the three higher trainings of ‘Renunciation’, ‘Bodhicitta’ and ‘the Wisdom of Emptiness’. Due to the simplicity of the text, Buddha Shakyamuni’s practical message becomes deeply meaningful to everybody, whether they are new to Buddhism or an advanced practitioner.
- Geshe Zopa - LO JONG MIND TRAINING commentary continues - kindly hosted by FPMT in Australia National Office
Teachings will continue using the text 'Mind Training - The Great Collection' - Sept 18 - Continue review of Chapter 24 - 'Mahayana Mind Training Eliminating Future Adversities'
'The principal focus of these texts contained within the Great Collection is the systematic cultivation of such altruistic thoughts and emotions as compassion, love, forbearance, and perseverance. The mind-training teachings are highly revered by the Tibetan people for their pragmatism and down-to-earth advice on coping with the various challenges and hardships that unavoidably characterize everyday human existence.'
A rare opportunity to receive presentations and heart advice on an extraordinary set of instructions from the great Kadampa masters of the past, on how to transform our every activity, our every thought into positive outcomes towards a most happy and meaningful life.
