Through this series of sessions we invite you to explore the 16 Guidelines and the four wisdom themes they are placed within - how we think, act, relate to others and find meaning in life. You will be supported and at times challenged to deepen your understanding around qualities such as patience, delight, and kindness and how these qualities can transform your thought patterns and behaviour.
The practical and interactive workshop sessions will explore:
  • Happiness, its causes and the latest research
  • Why mindfulness is fundamental to application of The Guidelines
  • The four wisdom themes
  • The 16 Guidelines
  • The importance of role models in our lives
You will receive:
  • A copy of the 16 Guidelines book
  • Worksheets that provide focus to your practice
  • Practical tools and ideas that can be immediately put to use in daily life
  • Opportunities to participate in exercises, mindfulness practice, brainstorming and open discussion
